What is BIKE BROS’s Shipping Policy?
We strive to deliver products purchased from BIKE BROS in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases of Rs. 2,000 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 150 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 2,000.
If the order is cancelled by us, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you return any product delivered to you as per our Returns Policy, order shipping charges will be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on BIKE BROS’s Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 150 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.
Does Bike Bros provide COD (Cash on Delivery)?
BIKE BROS Does not provide cash on delivery.
What is BIKE BROS’s Fair Usage Policy?
We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the products bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these products. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 150 for all orders for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.
How are orders placed on BIKE BROS delivered to me?
All orders placed on BIKE BROS are generally shipped as per timelines mentioned in the product page. You will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. Products are not shipped on Sundays and other public holidays. Orders are dispatched through courier partners like Delivery, DTDC or through Indian Post depending upon pin code location. The orders will be delivered within 7 days from the date of puchase in general but it may take round 15 working days to reach some remote locations. Please reach out to us if the product doesn’t arrive after the said time.
