What is BIKE BROS’s Shipping Policy?
We strive to deliver products purchased from BIKE BROS in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases of Rs. 2,000 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 150 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 2,000.

If the order is cancelled by us, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you return any product delivered to you as per our Returns Policy, order shipping charges will be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on BIKE BROS’s Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 150 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

What is BIKE BROS’s COD (Cash-on-delivery) Policy?
BIKE BROS provides you the option to pay Cash on Delivery (CoD) across all major parts of the country. Availability of cash on delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. If cash on delivery is available in your area, you will see the option to pay via Cash on Delivery in payment methods. If cash on delivery is not available in your area, you can still process by paying via credit card/ debit card or Net banking or Paytm Wallet.

At the time of delivery, you will have to hand over the cash to the delivery person first, only then you will be handed over the package. Please note that the courier companies do not allow you to open the package at the time of delivery.

In case the shipment is not accepted, you will no longer be eligible to avail cash on delivery facility on our website.

What is BIKE BROS’s Fair Usage Policy?
We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the products bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these products. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 150 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

How can I check if BIKE BROS delivers to my PIN Code?

You can find out if BIKE BROS delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the product page. Please tap on “Check Delivery options” and enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time and availability of cash on delivery option for the Product selected. If you haven’t provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated. If we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please drop us a mail at and we will ensure to add your pin code soon in our list of service location.

How are orders placed on BIKE BROS delivered to me?
All orders placed on BIKE BROS are generally shipped as per timelines mentioned in the product page. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. Products are not shipped on Sundays and other public holidays. Orders are dispatched through courier partners like Delivery, DTDC or through Indian Post depending upon pincode location.

Does BIKE BROS deliver products outside India?
No. At this point, BIKE BROS delivers products only within India. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

However, we plan to introduce service outside India in near future. If you are a customer residing outside India and wish to order products on BIKE BROS, please drop us a mail. We will work out individual proposal for you till our overseas delivery option is launched.
