What is Bike Bros’s Cancellation Policy?
At Bike Bros, we do not accept order cancellations. Once you place an order, it will be shipped. However order cancellation request received before shipping can be accepted with 2% cancellation fees and balance amount will be issued in form of store credit.
What is Bike Bros’s 7 days Return/Exchange Policy? How does it work?
You can return/exchange products purchased from Bike Bros within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We also accept partial return/exchange so that you can raise a return/exchange request for one or other products. Our return/exchange service is absolutely free.
A product will be eligible for return/exchange if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
Is delivered in a physically damaged condition;
Has missing parts or accessories;
Is different from what was ordered
In case of size or fit issue, a product will be eligible only for exchange (no return) provided. If the desired size is not available in our stock, you will get store credit.
Note – During any promotion, sale or festival offers, above standard Return/Exchange Policy shall not be applicable. Kindly check the Return/Exchange policy applicable during that period before placing your orders.
In case you receive the product in physically damaged condition, Bike Bros should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product. We might request you to share snap shot at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, all products must be returned in their original unused condition, with price tags and original invoice intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
Please note that any product along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety. Delivery/COD charges, if any, levied on product being returned, will be eligible for refund.
To return/exchange a product to Bike Bros, please follow these steps:
Create a ‘Return/Exchange Request’ under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the product ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.
We do not provide pick up services for your return or exchange. So you have to self-ship the product to us.
Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. Usually, it takes 6-8 working days for returned item to reach our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request in your account on our website.
For all self-shipped returns as per above, you will be duly reimbursed the fixed shipping costs of Rs. 100, provided your returns are duly accepted and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.
Why has my return/exchange been put on hold?
At the time of creating a return/exchange, customers are requested to confirm (via a check box click) that the product being returned is unused with original tags intact. if the above conditions are not found to be met, your return may be put on hold pending further clarification with our Return Desk.
Why has my return/exchange request been declined?
This may have happened, if the product you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.
What will be the time limit and mode of Refund/Exchange?
Upon successful receipt of returned product in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Usually it takes 6-8 working days for returned product to reach our warehouse. The mode of refund will depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. In the event you used multiple modes of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used. Refer the table below for detailed understanding-

Please note, Bike Bros initiates the refund/exchange upon successful quality check at its end. Therefore, the refund/exchange initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the returned product to BIKE BROS warehouse (usually 6-8 working days). In case of any refund discrepancies, Bike Bros may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
